Cabinet Lead Times: MOQ, Approval & Packing

Cabinet lead times depend on approved drawings, material choices and the order scope. Plan the production period separately from shipping, customs clearance and local delivery before setting your project schedule.

What determines cabinet production time?

BOCARNI’s starting MOQ is 3–5 sets depending on the product. Production is typically 25–40 days after order and specification approval, with the actual schedule depending on materials.

Confirm the drawing revision, quantities, finish reference, hardware and supplied items before agreeing the schedule. Changes to approved specifications or material availability need a revised timing discussion; confirm the production period for your order rather than treating the typical range as a fixed delivery promise.

Flat-pack or assembled supply

Flat-pack is the primary supply format; selected products can be assembled by agreement. Confirm carton identification, fittings and the information your installation team requires.

Separate production from shipping

Sea freight, customs clearance, duties and local delivery add to the manufacturing schedule. Confirm the destination, delivery responsibilities and transport scope in the quotation.

Work back from the required arrival date to allow separately for production, transport and site readiness. Prepare the quotation and approval details early so the relevant dates can be reviewed together.

Approve the order and payment terms

Confirm the drawing revision, quantities, materials, finish, included items and packing. T/T payment milestones and beneficiary details should be checked against the agreed order confirmation.
