What is the price of your custom cabinets?
Pricing depends on cabinet dimensions, layout, board specification, door finish, hardware and quantity. Send a floor plan or dimensions, your product requirements and delivery destination for an itemised quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The usual starting quantity is 3–5 sets, depending on the product and specification. The applicable minimum is confirmed for your combination of cabinet types, sizes and finishes.
How much do material and product samples cost?
Sample cost depends on whether you need a finish swatch, a material sample or a cabinet sample. Preparation time, sample charges and courier costs are quoted for the request. Any sample-fee credit towards a later order must be confirmed separately.

Are you a cabinet manufacturer or a trading company?
BOCARNI is the cabinetry brand of Shenzhen Jhs Industrial Co., Ltd., a company established in 1999. Our company is based in Shenzhen, with cabinetry production at the Huizhou base in Guangdong.
Which cabinetry products can I order?
Our core ranges are custom kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, complemented by wardrobes, shoe cabinets, wine cabinets, TV units and coordinated storage. Product scope is selected for your room plans or order requirements.
Which board types, grades and thicknesses can I choose?
Our material references include plywood, particleboard, moisture-resistant particleboard, MDF and OSB. Board type, grade, thickness and surface finish are specified for the selected cabinet product; not every board is suitable for every application.
How do you confirm board emissions and environmental requirements?
The required emission grade and supporting test documents are confirmed for the specific board and destination before material approval. Share the standard your order must meet so the proposed material and relevant report can be reviewed together.

Shipping & Packing
Production timing, transport, duties and packing format.
How long does production take, and when will my order arrive?
Production typically takes 25–40 days after the order and specifications are approved, depending on materials. The schedule is confirmed for the order.
Freight transit, customs clearance and local delivery are additional. Share the destination and required arrival date so production and transport timing can be reviewed separately.
Are cabinets supplied flat-packed or assembled?
Flat-pack is the main supply format. Selected items may be supplied assembled by agreement. The quotation confirms the packing format, hardware packs and any assembly information included for your order.
How are import duties, taxes and shipping charges calculated?
Import duties and taxes depend on the destination, product classification, origin and applicable import rules. Your destination customs broker or freight forwarder should confirm the current charges for the shipment.
Freight, customs clearance and local delivery responsibilities are specified in the quotation. A product price does not automatically include every destination charge.
Payment & Branding

How do I pay, and how can I verify payment instructions?
Payment is by T/T. Deposit, balance, currency and payment milestones are confirmed in the quotation and order agreement.
Before transferring funds, verify the beneficiary and bank details with your established company contact through an independently verified channel. Confirm any requested account change separately rather than relying on an email alone.
Can cabinet dimensions, layouts and finishes be customised?
Yes. Cabinet dimensions, layouts and finishes can be developed around your room plans and selected product scope. The final drawings, materials, fittings and technical details are agreed before production.
Can you supply private-label cabinetry for our brand?
Private-label requirements can be reviewed as part of OEM / ODM cooperation. Share your branding, packaging requirements, cabinet specifications and quantities. Feasibility, design responsibilities and any setup costs are confirmed before order approval.
